Namebay is a company exclusively devoted to domain names.

Founding member of CORE (Internet Council of Registrars) in 1997 and successively accredited by the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and by all of the major Registrar Operators (the latest: EURid in 2005, in future: .es, .pt, .br, ...), Namebay proposes a broad range of services of registering and managing domain names both generic (gTLDs) and national domain names (ccTLDs) as well as a range of additional services and products such as URL reforwarding, DNS management, emails and SSL certificates.

More than a single supplier of any type of TLD, NAMEBAY acts like a council and a service provider for his customers' operations: negotiation and purchase, transfer of domain name portfolio, intellectual property monitoring, lexical themes monitoring, ...

Namebay presently manages, from Monaco, Brussels and Milano, a portfolio of over 70,000 customers including 670 dealers. Its clientele is comprised of private individuals, Internet professionals, major accounts and businesses endeavoring to optimize usage and/or protect their trademark(s) and brand name(s) on the Internet. Namebay possesses high performance tools for meeting the needs of its customers and carefully follows any developments on the world market through regular attendance at internationl meetings organized by the ICANN and various professional institutions in order to constantly enhance supply as well as the quality of its products and services.

Namebay is a subsidiary ofEurafnet, a firm under Belgian law with a capital of 3.4 million euros, which runs and controls several other companies, in particular :

• Internet Fr SA in France (Host),
• Level IP Srl in Italie (Host & Domain names),
• Imaging Solutions SA in France (Electronic management of documents),
• Netbay SAM à Monaco (Electronic management of documents).

Eurafnet is the operational holding of the Technology Hub of the Jutheau Husson Group whose background is in insurance and reinsurance brokering.
